Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DressLand Global account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and obtain a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are still attached and the original packing slip is included inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your confirmation email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
